Calling customer serviice DID get the amount credited back to me, but I agree making you pay it first is BS. They also have a new policy of automatically calling you 4 times a day if they haven&#039;t received your payment by the first due date, but before the &quot;late&quot; date. They sent out a new terms leaflet declaring the right to hjarass you this wayu. Furthermore, they won&#039;t even talk to you until you pay whatever they say you owe them first. I cut my service back to the bare bones and it&#039;s saving me, but it took an extra month for them to get the changes right, again with &quot;pay us and we&#039;ll credit you on the next bill.&quot; I&#039;m hooking my MagicJack up soon.</description> <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This happened to me a few months ago.
