Here is info on home sales numbers for the first 2 months of 2008 compared to the first 2 months of 2007 for zips 38103, 38104,and 38112. I don’t think we have enough here to point to any trends, except numbers of sales have not dropped significantly since last year. It is still my opinion that, even though we are in a slow market, there is unprecedented pent-up buyer demand. Now that the snow has melted, I expect some strong market activity. Sellers, be prepared to deal. The buyers will rule until the market reaches equilibrium.
