We have all driven on Walnut Grove, west of Holmes and noticed the blighted properties on Walnut Grove, and even worse, on Eastview. A homeowner in the adjacent neighborhood (which contains homes quite different from those on blighted Eastview) is filing suit against the negligent owners of the blighted properties. The city has long had a master plan for the neighborhood, but no action has been taken to implement it. Read the Daily News Article.
