I love Lifehacker. I wish I could produce the caliber of fixes for just about anything  that might foul up.   I did do this amazing duct tape engineering to replace a broken retaining bar in the freezer door of our ancient refrigerator.  It’s tight, and with 4 runs of duct tape, should last a while.
