Just to make it official, it’s definitely a buyer’s market! Convention today introduced me to some very interesting speakers, and to over 700 real estate related vendors who provide (and sell) goods and services for real estate agents and companies.

I realized, too, that Memphis’ best known property is Graceland.

And making this whole trip worthwhile, I finally figured out how to put pictures in the blog. Video soon. This is the view from my room.
