Not the greatest photo; it was taken with my cell phone, but I wanted to at least capture the world-class atmosphere of Folk Alliance. In this picture: Rodney Crowell, Jim Lauderdale and James Burton and Albert Lee. There were hundred of great folk acts in attendance, presenting showcases or jamming in the halls and lobbies. the Alliance basically takes over the Downtown Marriott, and at least 3 floors are reserved for round the clock showcases and jamming.
