Imagine being in a large hotel in a desert oasis, with ceilings painted to look like Venice,with 35,000 real estate agents milling around talking on their sell phones, doing deals, and generally exhibiting that alpha personality…….Compared to much of the country the market is great in Memphis. Pundits today say that the market is on an upswing, and that interest rates will remain low. Time to hop off the fence and get back in the market!
You techies will be happy to know that I spent much of the day in Web 2.0 forums and classes, so you will see even more marketing experiences as I try to find the cutting edge. I am not happy that I spent the wee hours of this morning trying to use my new skills by adding a picture to this post. Working on it.
